How a deal runs
You send a short description of your records. Each buyer's printed criteria get tested against it, and the ones you clear come back to you by name. Only when you say yes to one do we introduce you; the deal itself is between your company and that buyer.
After the form
What happens after you send a brief?
Step 01
We read the brief
Headcount, years in operation, where the records live, how many years they cover, whether you own them and whether they hold personal or client material.
Step 02
We test it against printed criteria
Staff floor, years, country, language and record types, for every buyer, straight from its own page.
Step 03
We name the buyers that fit
One email: each buyer you appear to clear, with the criterion that decided it. Clear none and the email says that.
Step 04
Your call
A buyer learns of your company only after you approve that specific buyer. Decline and the brief ends here.
Limits
What does this site not do?
- Touch company data in any form: no exports, samples or screenshots ever reach us.
- Take payment from you, at any stage.
- Negotiate price or terms on your behalf, or quote what you will be paid.
- Sign anything for you, or act as a buyer, lab, broker or marketplace.
How is this site paid?
Plain disclosure: introductions are our business, and the company we introduce you to may pay us. Referral schemes open to the public are common among these buyers (micro1 and Scale AI both print theirs), paying whoever introduced a company that signs. Sellers pay us nothing; the bonus is the buyer's cost, separate from your price.
How do I contact you?
Email support@grubleads.com. How your details are handled, and how to have them deleted, is in the privacy notice.
What does each buyer publish at each stage of the deal?
| Stage | micro1 | Scale AI | Nyne | Labelbox Prism |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Scoping | Online estimator gives an indicative range, "not a quote or binding offer" | Looks for established data systems and one clear owner | Three-question estimator, nothing uploaded | Free, non-binding scoping; preliminary valuation in about 48 hours |
| De-identification | micro1 de-identifies; you may review representative samples | Inside your environment before extraction; you approve each package | Data de-identified before release | Prism handles PII scrubbing |
| Agreement | You keep ownership of the underlying data | Data stays under your governance | Scope, rights and acceptance tests fixed first | Exclusive by default; you keep control of data and rights |
| Payment | Full amount inside 30 days from acceptance | Not published | Not published | Upfront fee at signing plus revenue share; under 21 days to first wire, per Labelbox |
Condensed from each buyer's wording, opened 11/07/2026. Disclosure: any buyer here may pay us a fee once a company we introduced signs; that never edits a cell. Independent; affiliated with none of them.

Takes about two minutes. Give a ZIP code, a reply address and a few facts about your records; the reply names each buyer whose printed criteria your company looks set to clear.
Describe the records; never attach or paste them. No data, exports, screenshots or samples belong in this form.

Brief logged.
- Your answers go line by line against every printed floor: staff count, history, country, language, ownership.
- A reply by email names the buyers you clear and the rule behind each. A company that clears none hears that plainly.
- No buyer hears about your company unless you answer yes to that buyer by name. Records stay put: nobody needs a sample yet.
