What is our workflow data worth?

No buyer prints a formula, only ranges: micro1 tier 1 at $100K–$500K, Nyne at $100K and up, Prism from roughly $50K, and Scale AI's illustrative $10K–$1M+. Headcount, length of history and language decide which of them you can even reach.

Formula source: none exists publicly, so this compares your answers with the ranges and floors on each buyer's page (opened 11/07/2026). Not an offer; actual licenses often settle far lower.

Disclosure: we can be owed a referral payment by buyers listed here when an introduction ends in a deal; the checker\u2019s figures and result ignore that. For Nyne the checker treats years of records as years trading, and assumes your staff are US W-2.

Reported sales

How do published ranges compare with reported sales?

Advertised ranges exist to bring sellers in. Reported sales mostly sit lower, and the one big number covers far more records than any 50-person firm could hold.

Questions

Questions about valuing workflow data

Is this estimate an offer?

No. It lines your answers up against printed floors and ranges, nothing more. Signed licenses frequently come in well under those ranges.

Why not one dollar figure?

Because none of the buyers publishes the arithmetic behind its range. A single number would be invented. micro1’s own estimator returns a range and labels it "not a quote or binding offer".

What moves a company up a tier?

On micro1’s description, scale and rarity: big operational sets or several contributing teams for tier 2, and proprietary data nobody else holds for tier 3.

What have companies actually been paid?

Public figures are scarce. One closed startup’s code base went for roughly $25,000 (MIT Technology Review), while The Information wrote in 2026 of HVAC contractors receiving around $150,000 apiece.
