Privacy notice

Effective 2026-11-07. Scope: the brief form on sellworkflowdata.com, and what happens to what you type into it.

Operator and contact

Sell Workflow Data (sellworkflowdata.com) is run by Joe Trewick trading as Grub Leads, which is responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at support@grubleads.com.

Sell Workflow Data is a matching service. We do not do the work ourselves. We introduce you to a local buyer, who pays us for the introduction.

Details the form collects

When you use the quote form we collect:

  • your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
  • the details you give about the job, such as size, use, budget and timing
  • your IP address, the page you sent the form from, and the wording you agreed to

What it is used for

We use your details to find a local buyer who can help with your request. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form.

We then contact you to tell you which firm we have found. We only pass your details to that firm after you tell us you are happy for us to. If we cannot find a firm within a reasonable time, we tell you and delete your request.

If you stop part way through the form, we keep what you entered so far for the same purpose, and delete it if the request is not completed.

We do not send you marketing, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.

Who sees your request

Your details go to:

  • the buyer we name to you, and only after you agree
  • the companies that host this website and store our records for us, under contracts that protect your data

Retention

We keep your name, phone number, email address and IP address for 12 months, then delete them. We keep a record of the request without those details, so we can count how many requests the site receives.

Your choices over this data

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write in and a written answer follows; for state-law requests we keep to the 45-day limit.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first at support@grubleads.com.

Analytics without cookies

We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Rights under US state privacy laws

Because a buyer may later pay us an introduction fee for an introduction, several state privacy statutes could class that introduction as a sale or share. Use the opt-out page or a single email to stop it; we date-stamp every opt-out.

Residents of states with consumer privacy laws can ask for a copy of their details, a correction or an erasure, free of charge. Your details are never used to target ads. The site is meant for working adults, not under-16s.

Consent records

US telemarketing rules allow complaints long after the event. For that reason one narrow record survives for five years: the consent text you saw, when you agreed, the page, your IP address and any phone number given. Names and email addresses follow the shorter retention period set out above.

What we never receive

Company records, exports and samples are out of scope entirely: the form collects a written description and contact details, nothing more. Should a deal follow, records travel from your company to the buyer directly, under the license you sign with them.

Plain disclosure: introductions are our business, and the company we introduce you to may pay us.
